Job Description

This is a remote position.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Internal Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing developing and deploying tailored Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our sales & operations. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to enhance workflows improve automation and ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Platform Development:

    • Customise and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements including custom objects workflows validation rules and approval processes.

  1. System Integration:

    • Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.

    • Ensure data integrity and synchronisation across platforms.

  1. Process Automation:

    • Design and implement process automations using Salesforce and integrating Spinify and Spiff plus other tools to improve efficiency.

  1. Maintenance & Support:

    • Perform regular system updates data audits and security reviews.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

    • Provide training and technical support to internal users.

  1. Best Practices & Documentation:

    • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

    • Maintain detailed documentation of processes configurations and customisations.


EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of successful Salesforce project delivery.

    • Strong experience in developing and customising Salesforce solutions within the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

    • Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies including Spinify.

    • Experience with Salesforce administration tasks such as user management security profiles and data management.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.

    • Experience with data migration and integration between Salesforce and other systems.

    • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce issues.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.



Requirements


    • SKILLS:

        • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.

        • Proficiency in Spinify Highly regarded

        • Experience with Spiff valued but not essential

        • Experience querying and manipulating data within Salesforce.

        • Experience with Salesforce APIs for integrating with external systems.

        • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

        • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

        • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


      CERTIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS:

        • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.

        • Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus.

        • Salesforce Certified App Builder is a plus.

        • Any relevant Salesforce certifications related to specific clouds or features would be advantageous.
