Job Description
We are looking for a smart results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team in Port this role you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities growing client relationships and supporting the company s overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Develop and execute business development strategies and plans
Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive activity
Prepare proposals presentations and reports for internal and client use
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in business development sales or client relationship management
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of market research sales strategies and business planning
