Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned TIBCO BusinessWorks Developer with strong expertise in TIBCO BW 5.x and related integration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining enterprise-level integration solutions supporting mission-critical systems and participating in Agile/DevOps-driven delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze design and implement new features and enhancements using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x.
Serve as the last line of defense for resolving critical production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services in an SOA environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and deliver within a fast-paced Agile setting.
Participate in integration design development deployment and support processes.
Troubleshoot complex system integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
Essential Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x TIBCO EMS and TIBCO Administration.
Proficiency in TIBCO plug-ins including SWIFT Copybook File System and Database.
Solid understanding of JSON XML XSD Schema and XSLT.
Experience developing and maintaining enterprise integration solutions based on SOA architecture.
Comfortable working in a Linux-based development environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps teams.
Desirable Skills:
Exposure to integration standards and best practices.
Strong understanding of release management build and deployment processes and change management.
Proven ability to lead and take ownership of technical deliverables within a Scrum team.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving complex integration challenges.
