About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and dynamic Duty Manager to join our clients team at a vibrant and highenergy adult entertainment venue. This pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of the venue promoting a safe and welcoming experience for all patrons and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure the venue runs efficiently and professionally.
Lead supervise and support staff providing clear guidance in a fastpaced environment.
Monitor customer satisfaction addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws health and safety regulations and company policies.
Manage cash and stock control accurately recording all financial transactions.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for patrons while ensuring a safe environment for sex workers.
Assist with event coordination and planning as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in a management or supervisory role preferably within the hospitality or entertainment sectors.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
Experience in conflict resolution and handling challenging situations.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring safety standards are met.
Availability to workFriday and Saturday from 8 pm to 5 am.
CurrentPolice Clearance is required.
