Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in all aspects of human resources. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a missiondriven Veteranowned law firm that values excellence integrity and service.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding Assist with job postings candidate screenings interview coordination and new hire onboarding.
Employee Relations Support HR initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.
Benefits & Payroll Support Help manage employee benefits assist with open enrollment and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Compliance & Documentation Maintain HR records ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.
HR Administration Assist with daytoday HR operations including handling employee inquiries and supporting strategic HR projects.
Work Requirements Experience Education and Skills:
HR Experience 13 years in an HRrelated role (HR Generalist HR Coordinator or similar).
Strong Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent Communication Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
TechSavvy Experience with HRIS systems Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred.
HR Certification (Preferred Not Required) SHRMCP PHR or similar is a plus.
