Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive new hire orientation programs and streamline employment onboarding processes to create exceptional first impressions
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and oversee benefit management administration with precision and confidentiality
- Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and workplace safety standards maintaining the company s excellent safety record
- Develop and maintain organized safety and regulatory documentation systems including systematic folder management
- Process critical HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records with strict attention to confidentiality
- Coordinate safety training initiatives and compliance programs that protect both employees and company operations
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in HR software and systems (HRIS payroll systems) with hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and workplace safety compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience in conducting new hire orientation and managing onboarding processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook Excel and Access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to regulatory details
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and follow-through on projects
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion
