About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Tech Support youll be trained to become the support team leader for one of the Main features in the Martian Logic HRIS.
This role can give the right candidate a huge growth opportunity as you could be become the product manager of the product that you start supporting.
You must have 3 years customer service experience in an environment such as retail hospitality IT client success/support... etc.
About The Person
The ideal person would be someone whos a currently employed as store manager or; a team leader in either hospitality or IT environments someone whos doing an exceptional job where they are but is looking for professional growth more responsibility and better remuneration prospect.
