Job Description

Job Title: Collection Manager – Supply Chain Finance

Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Collections (NBFC/BFSI preferred)

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing Fintech NBFC focused on innovative solutions in the Supply Chain Finance space. With a strong tech-led platform and robust underwriting framework they are redefining credit access for India’s MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle collections of working capital loans under the Supply Chain Finance vertical

  • Coordinate with borrowers for timely repayments and resolve delinquencies

  • Monitor bucket-wise ageing reports NPA tracking and recovery strategies

  • Liaise with internal teams (Credit Sales Legal) for effective resolution of overdue accounts

  • Initiate and follow up on legal actions where necessary (e.g. notices arbitration etc.)

  • Maintain MIS and daily follow-up reports for management review

  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure positive cash flow outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in loan collections preferably in NBFCs or Banks

  • Exposure to Supply Chain Finance / Working Capital / SME Lending is a plus

  • Good understanding of legal and recovery processes in secured/unsecured loans

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and collection tools/CRM systems
