- Provides project management on large scale complex high profile and high-risk projects for OPS I and amp;IT initiatives. and nbsp;
- Project Planning and Road mapping: and nbsp;Collaborate with technical teams to develop and maintain project roadmaps ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. and nbsp;
- Task Breakdown: and nbsp;Break down large complex tasks into smaller manageable pieces of work ensuring clarity and focus for the team. and nbsp;
- Agile Facilitation: and nbsp;Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile processes and principles. and nbsp;
- Bottleneck Identification: and nbsp;Proactively identify bottlenecks and risks and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on track. and nbsp;
- Work Allocation: and nbsp;Ensure team members have a steady stream of work balancing workloads and priorities across teams. and nbsp;
- Metrics and KPIs: and nbsp;Define track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and work throughput. and nbsp;
- Process Optimization: and nbsp;Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize team efficiency and output. and nbsp;

- Possess a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience guiding projects through each phase from planning and development to testing deployment and maintenance. and nbsp;
Agile Expertise: and nbsp;
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.) and familiarity with agile tooling like JIRA. and nbsp;
Project Management Skills: and nbsp;
