We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Specialist to join our tour and travel company. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CRM campaigns to meet business objectives
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer communication
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system
- Train team members on CRM best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or related field
