We are looking for a Lead Customer Support for Coimbatore location
Experience: 9 15 yrs (Experience handling Marketing & Sales function in retail sector preferably luxury products 05 to 08 years.
Job Description
Customer Service Management
- Over all in charge of Customer Service Department.
- Develop business through online or offline (leads conversion).
- Adherence to service procedures policies and standards.
- Monitor and on time delivery of product purchased by online customers.
- Achieve the target assigned.
- Verify all the online sale (Transaction paid/ Fraud alert).
- Improve customer service experience create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Report to management if there is any special requests or issues that requires top level management to be involved to solve.
Customer Enquiry and Updates
- Attend and coordinate customer enquiry through phone email or social media and
- maintain excellence in customer support.
- Follow up the customers on enquiry.
- Rereach customer for new update and follow up for further business development.
- Collect testimonials from customers.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Handle customer complaints promptly.
Reporting and Record Management
- Maintain accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Regularly report the customer service activities to the senior managers.
Skills required
- Good Knowledge about CRM software.
- Familiar with online product delivery process.
- Familiar with online payment methods and procedures.
- Basic understanding of Ecom operation and logistics would help in solving problems.
