We are looking for a Lead Customer Support for Coimbatore location

Experience: 9 15 yrs (Experience handling Marketing & Sales function in retail sector preferably luxury products 05 to 08 years.

Job Description

Customer Service Management

  • Over all in charge of Customer Service Department.
  • Develop business through online or offline (leads conversion).
  • Adherence to service procedures policies and standards.
  • Monitor and on time delivery of product purchased by online customers.
  • Achieve the target assigned.
  • Verify all the online sale (Transaction paid/ Fraud alert).
  • Improve customer service experience create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Report to management if there is any special requests or issues that requires top level management to be involved to solve.

Customer Enquiry and Updates

  • Attend and coordinate customer enquiry through phone email or social media and
  • maintain excellence in customer support.
  • Follow up the customers on enquiry.
  • Rereach customer for new update and follow up for further business development.
  • Collect testimonials from customers.
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly.

Reporting and Record Management

  • Maintain accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Regularly report the customer service activities to the senior managers.

Skills required

  • Good Knowledge about CRM software.
  • Familiar with online product delivery process.
  • Familiar with online payment methods and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of Ecom operation and logistics would help in solving problems.
