SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager will provide critical support for our Marketing Team; project management timeline development corporate partnerships budgeting asset management corporate events.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans and programs that align with business goals.
• Oversee the planning and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels like digital social media print and events.
• Manage and track marketing budgets
• Work with external agencies vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives. This includes designers content writers and producers social media and analysts.
• Protect and enhance the company brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Utilize consumer data and research to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Manage existing timelines budgets and multiagency collaboration and reporting for national partnerships
• Scope new marketing projects and initiatives as needed budget and presentation development
• Traffic contracts and documents through internal legal team
• Owner of team project management platform (monday) building and maintaining
• Support with annual Open House planning budgeting and registration system
• Support on all Innovation initiated marketing projects
• Owner and manager of digital asset management system
• Manage creative projects with external agencies

EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE:

• 5 years experience in marketing
• Experience managing large multifaceted projects
• Critical actionoriented thinker open to challenges and new assignments balancing the larger goals of a campaign without losing sight of important details
• Highly organized with ability to independently prioritize tasks
• Knowledge and experience with managing and tracking spend
• Maintaining effective relationships both inside and outside the organization being a trusted partner
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player with a willingness to learn and provide support where needed across multiple functions
• Bachelors Degree required
