Rapid Training is a niche Registered Training Organisation with a strong reputation having served the pest control industry for over 20 years. We offer accredited and nonaccredited training through online and face to face learning to support pest management businesses across Australia.

The Role

We are looking for a customer focussed and organised Student Support Officer to join our team to help our students in Rapid Training achieve their goals.

The role will be responsible for providing ongoing support and administration of students enrolled courses as well as providing support for the RTO Manager in order to ensure high quality delivery of services to both our students and customers in line with relevant regulatory requirements and business objectives.

The role also provides adhoc administrative support to our related insurance businesses.

We are seeking an individual on a permanent fulltime basis with a desired immediate start in our Newcastle CBD office.

  • A strong level of digital literacy and an aptitude for learning.
  • An energetic and tenacious nature with a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • The ability to prioritise diverse tasks and work quickly and effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate in a professional team environment can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Welldeveloped organisational and administration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling confidential information.

The below skills and experience are not essential however would be highly regarded:

  • Administration experience including if you have worked in an RTO previously.
  • Experience using Student Management Systems or similar software.
  • Completed or undertaking tertiary education in Business Administration or Business.
  • Knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
