Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Information Technology or a related field. IoTspecific certifications are a plus.
- Indepth knowledge of IoT technologies including hardware sensors connectivity protocols (e.g. MQTT Zigbee Lora WAN) and cloud platforms.
Work Location :
Vadodara India. May work in an office setting but will most of the time spend time traveling to customer locations to conduct meetings and product demonstrations

- We are looking to hire an IOT Sales Engineer with a proven track record of achieving sales booking goals & creating new business from our Syinfo Division.
- A Sales Engineer specializing in the Internet of Things (IoT) plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of IoT solutions and the needs of potential customers.
- This role involves deep technical knowledge of IoT technologies combined with strong sales and communication skills.
- Work with customers to identify their specific needs and challenges related to IoT.
- Provide expert consultation on IoT technologies including sensors connectivity cloud platforms and data analytics.
- Design and propose tailored IoT solutions that align with the customers business objectives.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IoT solutions and their benefits.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals highlighting how IoT solutions can address the customers unique requirements.
- Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials including technical documentation proposals and case studies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as the main technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients after the sale to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that highlights the value of IoT solutions.
- Participate in industry events conferences and webinars to enhance knowledge and network with potential clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and work on strategies to retain and grow existing accounts.
- Knowledge of IIOT Industry 4.0 & Digitization.
- Should be able to forecast sales targets monthly quarterly and annually and achieve it.
