SERVILINK SYSTEMS LIMITED is hiring an IoT Sales Engineer.


Job Title IoT Sales Engineer

Reports To CTO & Director

Experience 2 To 6 Years

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Information Technology or a related field. IoTspecific certifications are a plus.
  • Indepth knowledge of IoT technologies including hardware sensors connectivity protocols (e.g. MQTT Zigbee Lora WAN) and cloud platforms.

Work Location :

Vadodara India. May work in an office setting but will most of the time spend time traveling to customer locations to conduct meetings and product demonstrations

Responsibilities

  • We are looking to hire an IOT Sales Engineer with a proven track record of achieving sales booking goals & creating new business from our Syinfo Division.
  • A Sales Engineer specializing in the Internet of Things (IoT) plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of IoT solutions and the needs of potential customers.
  • This role involves deep technical knowledge of IoT technologies combined with strong sales and communication skills.
  1. Work with customers to identify their specific needs and challenges related to IoT.
  2. Provide expert consultation on IoT technologies including sensors connectivity cloud platforms and data analytics.
  3. Design and propose tailored IoT solutions that align with the customers business objectives.
  4. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IoT solutions and their benefits.
  5. Prepare and deliver customized proposals highlighting how IoT solutions can address the customers unique requirements.
  6. Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences clearly and concisely.
  7. Assist in the preparation of sales materials including technical documentation proposals and case studies.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as the main technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  9. Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients after the sale to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  10. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  11. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that highlights the value of IoT solutions.
  12. Participate in industry events conferences and webinars to enhance knowledge and network with potential clients.
  13. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and work on strategies to retain and grow existing accounts.
  14. Knowledge of IIOT Industry 4.0 & Digitization.
  15. Should be able to forecast sales targets monthly quarterly and annually and achieve it.
