The Client Success team is a critical component of Gartners goal to help clients to achieve their mission critical priorities. Specifically the Client Success Associate will act as the critical conduit between our clients and the various stakeholders within Gartner whose role it is to support and guide our clients in achieving their objectives and receiving value that far exceeds their investment in Gartner Services.
The CSA does this by being the driver of the client relationship ensuring seamless and regular communication forums are wellorganised attended and action points executed. In addition they will have an outstanding knowledge of Gartners products and services and the research and advice that we have available that align with our clients desired objectives. You will be a conduit a coach an expert a facilitator and a problem solver all in one and your seamless delivery in this role is pivotal to Gartners objective of delighting our clients.
Our Client Services team is aligned by Business Function and so this particular role will be tasked with partnering with clients in the HR space specifically CHROs Heads of HR etc. Your role will therefore consist of being immersed in all the things that keep HR Executives awake at night Talent Management Org Design Workforces of the future Employee Relations Recruitment Policy and Procedure and many more!
