Job Description
We re looking for a sharp detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Associate who s tech-savvy eager to grow and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
What You ll Do:
-
Manage and track inventory levels and order processing
-
Use software tools to generate shipping labels update orders and manage workflow
-
Coordinate pack & ship operations ensuring accuracy and speed
-
Respond to customer inquiries using ticketing software
-
Maintain accurate records and analyze inventory reports
-
Handle processing device programming and system updates
-
Work with Excel and other tools to manage logistics data
-
Sit at your own desk with a laptop and process incoming/outgoing items
Who You Are:

Analytical detail-oriented and proactive
-
Comfortable working with multiple software platforms
-
Strong with Excel and data entry
-
20 30 years old ideally with some college or community college experience
-
Prior team lead experience is a plus
-
Not necessarily from a traditional warehouse background
