Job Title: Client Relationship Manager Remote
Location: U.S. (Fully Remote)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary Commission

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our internal team and help drive our continued growth!

Summary:

Were looking for a driven relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in the aviation industry. This role is a great fit for professionals with experience in staffing agency recruiting sales or account management.

In this role you will engage with a variety of provided leads to build lasting client partnerships convert prospects into long-term accounts manage ongoing relationships and collaborate closely with our recruiting team to deliver top staffing solutions. Comprehensive sales support talking points and onboarding assistance will be provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and convert leads into active clients by promoting our staffing services

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships

  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to fulfill client staffing needs efficiently

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients

  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and communications using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Aviation staffing industry experience is required (strong understanding of OEM MRO aerospace staffing or related)

  • Background in sales account management recruiting or business development

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and comfort with outreach calls virtual meetings and ongoing client interaction

  • Self-motivated highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts with consistent follow-through

  • Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking client interactions and managing pipelines

  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen lawful permanent resident or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
