Role: Direct Client - HR Support Analyst (SAP Success Factor and Employee Experience)
Location: Remote (US PST hours)
Job Description
- Supporting in 2 areas
- Success Factors and Employee Central
- Knowing how the systems work familiarity with HR applications
- Knowing how different users interact with the tooling (managers IC approvers payroll benefits etc) understanding what the user experience is
- Can help identify items that need to be changed before new app updates documentation uplift update and provide content and help make the most of the technology
- Technical expertise and communication is strong can communicate to both technical and non-technical people
