Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Executive to join our team at Linksurf Resource Services LLP. This juniorlevel fulltime position is based in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for a range of HR functions including compliance payroll and office administration.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience in human resources roles.
  • Strong understanding and experience in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor law compliance and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and managing employee benefits.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Competence in office administration tasks to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
  • Experience in handling full & final settlement processes for departing employees.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage the payroll process including data entry calculation and payroll distribution.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations within the organization.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support recruitment activities including screening resumes conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate office administration tasks to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage related documentation and queries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage the full & final settlement process for departing employees.
