JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)
Position: Regional HR – Andhra Pradesh
Location: Vijayawada
Industry: Banking
CTC: Up to 18 LPA
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations across Andhra Pradesh region

Drive talent acquisition for branch and regional roles

Ensure statutory compliance and handle audits

Execute employee engagement training & development initiatives

Act as the first point of contact for regional leadership & HR escalations

Monitor attrition performance management and retention strategies

Collaborate with central HR for policy alignment and process improvements
Candidate Profile:
-
Experience: 7-10 years in Banking HR with regional exposure
-
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
-
Hands-on knowledge of HRMS compliance and employee lifecycle management
-
Preference for candidates based in or familiar with AP/Telangana region
