Job Overview:
We are hiring a Telecom Sales Executive to support our international telecom client base. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills experience in international B2B or B2C sales and a proven ability to close deals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced global sales environment with one of the leading telecom providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage outbound and inbound sales calls to international customers (primarily US/UK/Canada regions).
Pitch telecom products and services such as mobile plans broadband and bundled packages.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle objections negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
Maintain CRM data and generate sales activity reports.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice-based sales or telecom sales.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable based on client geography).
Experience using CRM tools and call tracking systems.
Preferred:
Prior experience in telecom outbound sales campaigns.
Familiarity with international customer expectations and cultural nuances.
