Job Description
We are looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to join our team.
DaytoDay Responsibilities:
- Contact client by email to recover debt
- Handling customer inquiries
- Maintaining records by keeping detailed communications and actions taken during the collection process
- Reporting and analysis of debt
Essential Traits:
- Proven experience as a collection specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of collection techniques
- Working knowledge of MS offices
- Ability to work with target dates and deadlines monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
- Ability to keep accurate records and report on collection activity
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous business to business collections experience preferred
- Five years of relevant experience required
- No college degree required
