Varius Shifts and Hours Unarmed Security Officer FLEX Specialist
Schedule: Various hours and shifts. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL HOURS DAYS and SHIFTS
Compensation: $18.50 /hr. depending on experience
Location: Phoenix AZ (East Valley)

Job Summary
Anderson Security Agency is looking for an Unarmed Security Officer FLEX Specialist
The Security Specialist (Rover) will learn many of the different sites that we staff.
You must be able to work any shift we service.
Be able to stand or walk for entire shift if necessary. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Have a current Drivers license and a clean verifiable driving record. Must be able to adapt to changing on the job situations as they arise. Be able to provide a copy of your High School Diploma or GED.
Unarmed Security Duties and Skills
- Safely operate a company vehicle to patrol site facilities to ensure safety and security.
- Appropriately communicate with supervisors peers client associates and the public professionally.
- Deploy your intermediate/advanced computer skills to utilize the proprietary software systems onsite.
- Respond to incidents promptly as directed by Anderson Dispatch.
- Provide exceptional customer service while displaying a positive attitude.
- Have a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures sitespecific post orders and duties and client safety programs.
- Must selfmanage and make ethical judgment decisions while carrying out your duties following company and client policies.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure safety and security for all onsite.
- Handle sensitive information and material. In doing so always remain confidential.
- Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity in the performance of your duties.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when required or in the event of an emergency.
Minimum Requirements
- MUST HAVE Valid Unarmed Security Guard Card for the state of Arizona
- (Required but we can help you get this!
- 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
- Valid Arizona Drivers License and clean driving record.
- CPR AED and First Aid certified (We can help you get these!
- Must be authorized to work in the United States legally.
- Submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Possess the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- If military experience must be able to provide a copy of DD214 Form 4.
- Previous Law Enforcement or Security is a plus.
