About the role

  • Step into a specialist role shaping pharmacy care in heart lung and transplant services

  • Collaborate with expert teams across cardiology surgery and thoracic medicine and work closely with Senior Pharmacists in Heart and Lung Transplant and as part of an internationally recognised team

About you

  • Hold current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist with no scope on conditions of practice.

  • Experience and a demonstrated higher level clinical competence in the provision of pharmacy services to any of the relevant specialties including Cardiology Respiratory Critical Care or Transplant patients including relevant governance and regulatory requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Drug and Therapeutics Committee processes including Formulary management and experience in the implementation of formulary decisions and policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in managing a complex workload including organisational and time management skills

  • Able to work weekends public holidays and participate oncall roster participation
