Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
2. Conduct initial client discussions to identify needs and qualify leads.
3. Schedule meetings for the external sales team.
4. Maintain CRM tools with uptodate client information and interactions.
5. Provide followup and support to ensure seamless client communication.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns.
7. Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
8. Please change the key skills of the BDE Job descriptions to

Requirements
Other Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to understand client needs and provide initial guidance.
3. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads effectively.
4. Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM.
5. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus 12 years).
6. A bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
