Job Overview

Pioneer E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a MidLevel Business Development Manager to join our Government Sales team in New Delhi. This is a fulltime role focused on expanding our footprint in the government sector by leveraging our IT and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to government entities public sector units and experience with software and SaaS sales within the governmental context.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in government procurement processes with a deep understanding of tendering and bidding.
  • Extensive expertise in IT and software sales to government bodies or public sector units.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting government organizations.
  • Indepth knowledge of SaaS sales models and ability to apply them within a government sales environment.
  • Strong network of existing relationships within the government and public sectors to drive sales success.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills particularly when engaging with government officials.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams for project success.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a government sales role.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing government sales opportunities for our IT and software solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders to facilitate sales and achieve objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to government entities and public sector units.
  • Manage the endtoend government procurement process including bid preparation and submission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that meet government requirements and budget constraints.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in government sales.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress and adjust strategies as required.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to enhance company visibility and expand the sales pipeline.
