Job Overview
Pioneer E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a MidLevel Business Development Manager to join our Government Sales team in New Delhi. This is a fulltime role focused on expanding our footprint in the government sector by leveraging our IT and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to government entities public sector units and experience with software and SaaS sales within the governmental context.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in government procurement processes with a deep understanding of tendering and bidding.
- Extensive expertise in IT and software sales to government bodies or public sector units.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting government organizations.
- Indepth knowledge of SaaS sales models and ability to apply them within a government sales environment.
- Strong network of existing relationships within the government and public sectors to drive sales success.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills particularly when engaging with government officials.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams for project success.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a government sales role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing government sales opportunities for our IT and software solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders to facilitate sales and achieve objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to government entities and public sector units.
- Manage the endtoend government procurement process including bid preparation and submission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that meet government requirements and budget constraints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in government sales.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress and adjust strategies as required.
- Attend industry events and networking activities to enhance company visibility and expand the sales pipeline.
