Company Profile: Its state of the art Manufacturing plant in Supa (Ahmednagar) near Indias automotive hub Pune manufactures Liion battery packs for multiple applications including EVs 2W/3W) Solar Energy Harvesting Telecom Towers Energy Storage and more
Role: Team Leader (Individual Contributor to begin with) LithiumIon Battery Pack Design & Development
Experience & CTC: 4 to 6year experience. CTC 6 to 8 Lakh PA
Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech / ME/MTech
Location: SupaMIDC Pune
Reporting to: Fixed line to R&D Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Battery Management System development
- Architect and design battery Pack for EV application Solar application Energy Storage application.
- Should be able to understand BMS functional able to decide BMS Parameters
- FMEA for BMS hardware and software including critical safety features
- Knowledge of various chemicals used in battery pack
- Simulation and modeling of system functions
- Failure reactions and Failure reporting concepts
- Cell Characterization and performance tuning
Functional Expertise:
- Design and development of battery management system
- Exposure to NMC and/or LFP Cell Chemistry based on LiIon Battery Packs
- Requirements analysis and development
- Control development using design software
- Battery systems control and charge/discharge operations
- International standards of lithiumion cell and pack
- Different market segments for LithiumIon battery
