Raasta Studios is a storytelling company which is primarily focused on strategy design and of both external and internal communications video content for corporates brands NGOs educational institutions Government departments events and conferences across multiple industries. Based out of Hyderabad we served clients across the country in the last 10 years. We are a team of 35 individuals and we have more than 350 individuals in the community of creative partners who collaborate with us for project .
At Raasta Studios Business Development Manager will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline that will enable us to achieve our yearly milestones. You will be expected to leverage your excellent communication skills proactive approach consistency and innovative ideas to generate leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by proactively generating leads and pursuing opportunities.
Stay uptodate with industry trends competition and best practices to continuously improve the companys sales approach.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Support and assist the creative operations team with client servicing.
Maintain clear communication and detailed records of every project.
Get necessary approvals from clients for key decisions at every stage of the project.
Quality Check of deliverable before it is sent to the client.
Project closure with the client and gather their satisfaction rating with the project over email.
Required skills and qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ethics and cultural awareness.
Aptitude for problemsolving and thorough knowledge of Creative Management.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Preferred skills and qualifications
Prior experience in a client servicing role at a creative agency.
Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
