Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative eLearning Developer to support a variety of client projects. This is a remote contractor position ideal for individuals with a background in eLearning development graphic design video editing or front-end coding who are passionate about delivering high-quality engaging and accessible digital learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality professional eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline Rise Vyond and Camtasia
- Ensure deliverables follow accessibility standards (508/WCAG) and are optimized for responsive design (desktop tablet mobile)
- Package and publish content in SCORM/xAPI formats ensuring LMS compatibility and readiness
- Collaborate closely with project managers instructional designers and clients to understand objectives and revise content based on feedback
- Participate in regular check-ins and status updates throughout development phases
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in eLearning tools:
- Articulate Storyline
- Rise
- Vyond
- Camtasia
- Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have not required)
- Experience in rapid development and graphic design
- Ability to integrate
- SCORM/xAPI packaging and LMS readiness
- Familiarity with LMS upload requirements
- Ability to create responsive and accessible (508/WCAG) eLearning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback
- Comfortable working on a variety of training topics and adapting to evolving client needs
Nice to have:
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics
- Knowledge of VR/AR or interactive branching video development
- Experience in multilingual eLearning content development
