Position: Technical Coordinator
Minimum experience: 3 years
Technical coordination of requests that are identified on basis of the qualifying categories from the ticketing system
- Close Coordination scheduling and securing approvals of change requests.
- Work collaboratively towards projects that are assigned by the Tech Ops teams.
- Complete ownership of patching and server reconciliation request.
Followups on problem tasks assigned to Technical coordinators
