We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to join our growing talent team. This role is key to identifying attracting and engaging top technical talent across a variety of IT roles including Software Engineering DevOps Data QA and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry and be comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions in a fast-paced evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements team dynamics and technical needs.
Source candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn job boards referrals networking and niche tech communities.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of skills culture and goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing screening coordinating interviews feedback collection and offer negotiation.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future needs.
Partner with People/HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding process.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies hiring trends and market insights in the tech sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment either in-house or at an agency.
- Strong understanding of software development roles tools and technologies (e.g. front-end/back-end stacks cloud DevOps etc.).
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
