Job Description

*** This position is only for candidates based in Texas or California (U.S.A.)***

We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to join our growing talent team. This role is key to identifying attracting and engaging top technical talent across a variety of IT roles including Software Engineering DevOps Data QA and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry and be comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements team dynamics and technical needs.

  • Source candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn job boards referrals networking and niche tech communities.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of skills culture and goals.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing screening coordinating interviews feedback collection and offer negotiation.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future needs.

  • Partner with People/HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding process.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies hiring trends and market insights in the tech sector.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 5 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment either in-house or at an agency.

  • Strong understanding of software development roles tools and technologies (e.g. front-end/back-end stacks cloud DevOps etc.).

  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.

  • Excellent communication organizational and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
