Summary

The Enterprise Sales Support Analyst role contributes to the success of the Enterprise Sales organization by supporting specific activities relating to moving sales deals through the sales process.

Essential Job Functions

Prepare accurate quotes using Salesforce CPQ for customer presentation

Help address and resolve any finance and legal issues relating to specific sales opportunities

Maintain customer data for specific deals and accounts in Salesforce

Ensure accurate territory and account assignment for enterprise accounts

Interface with enterprise Account Executives to provide guidance with documenting nonstandard deals.

Assist as needed with process creation and management of nonstandard agreements

Help identify areas of improvement for the Sales Ops team from the Enterprise perspective

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Excellent critical thinking problemsolving interpersonal and relationship building skills

Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent MS Excel and presentation skills

Salesforce experience

Experience Required (Minimum required)

1 to 3 years of work experience in sales marketing operations or finance

Education Required (Minimum required)

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration

Experience/Education Preferred

Data analysis database management & reporting forecasting

Sale quotation and basic proposal generation
