- Provides support through quotation buy and sell order processing and closing in a timely manner
- Compiles data and prepares reports as assigned
- Responds to customer queries complaints and works with appropriate internal parties and stakeholders
- Process customers orders key into the system process the orders with vendors issue invoice arrange for shipment and ensure that shipment arrives at the customers designated location support customs process
- This post will have to deal with different parties customers vendors internal stakeholders at different regions (e.g. Europe Asia & China AMERICAS)
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service/Order Processing
- SAP (PS4) knowledge is Mandatory
- Microsoft Excel application
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Problem Solving & good organizational skills
- Experience in working with Manufacturer in Asia is an added advantage
- Accustomed to working in an international environment and multidisciplinary teams.
- English read written and spoken
- French is a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred
