Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a wellestablished and tightknit corporate accounting team. The ideal candidate for our Accounts ReceivableAccountant role will be motivated by team success have excellent communication skills and will thrive in a culture in which new ideas are appreciated and expected. Prior experience to prepare post verify and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.

The accounting team consists of teams focused on revenue inventory payroll and accounts payable. The goal of the accounting team is to centrally account for all financial transactions related to each entity understand why the transactions occurred and to improve the companys profitability.

As an Accounts ReceivableAccountant you will:

  • Ensure timely processing of all payments

  • Review invoices and account codes to ensure proper accounting

  • Process customer payments

  • Respond to customerand management inquiries

  • Continue to improve the accounts receivable process

  • Participate in month and yearend close processes

  • Assist to make critical financial decisions by collecting

  • Management of new credit applications and accounts

  • Statement processing and weekly reporting

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Intermediate PDF skills

  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Hours:

  • Full Time MondayFriday

Prerequisites:As part of our application process all applicants will be required to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the U.S. A valid drivers license is also required. Anderson Auto Group is EEOC compliant.
