We are looking for a driven and skilled Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business maintaining sales pipelines and meeting targets in the hospitality sector. With a strong focus on prospecting closing deals and managing sales forecasts the role offers ample growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will bring a proactive attitude a passion for success and at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in hospitality. This position offers flexibility remote work and requires travel including international to engage with global clients.

Meeting Sales Goals
Developing new business generating sales and managing sales pipeline in the Hospitality Industry
Conducting high volume of prospecting (cold calling included) to identify new opportunities
Generating and qualifying leads and increasing pipeline opportunities in US and around the world
Closing sales and providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Maintaining sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand changing trends economic indicators and competitors
Responsible for daily sales activities manage overall sales process and keeping sales activities in CRM and Sales Force
Providing sales activity reports and presentations

Your Experience and Background include:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Marketing or Communications preferred; combination of equivalent education and experience will also be considered
Minimum of 5 years experience selling to the hospitality sector B2B
Strong workethic and maintain positive professional attitude and demeanor
Must be organized detailoriented multitasker who can work with limited direction
Proactive takecharge personality; a desire for success
Team player

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The base salary in the United States is $93000$98000. The OTE is up to $163K

This opportunity may be open to flexible working arrangements.
