Job Description
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and closeout ensuring compliance with Client regulations and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and subcontractors.
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with legal finance and project management teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present contract status reports and updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts developing contingency plans as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure contracts remain compliant and competitive.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
