Job Description
- Lead the capture management process for Client-related opportunities from identification to proposal submission.
- Develop and implement capture strategies to secure new business and retain existing contracts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business development proposal management and technical experts to develop competitive proposals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and understand client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and subcontractors.
- Manage the proposal development process ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare and present capture plans status reports and briefings to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform capture strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all teams involved in the capture process.
