To strengthen DYWIDAG at the Leipzig office we are looking for a:
Marketing Support Specialist (all gender identities)
for our MEGA Projects team
Ready to take your marketing career to the next level
Collaborate across regions drive innovation in bridge construction inspection & monitoring and make a global impact!
You will grow with these tasks:
- Develop and update marketing MEGA Projects materials including:
- Project reference sheets and brochures (both general and customized)
- Project or servicespecific videos and photo slide productions
- Customized templates for adhoc requirements
- Technical booklets translating complex technical content into customer benefits
- Manage and update social media content while reviewing audience engagement
- Publish MEGA Projects company newsletters
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness (depending on the project very specific documents have to be created)
- Coordinate with agencies for complex marketing projects
- Adapt existing MEGA Projects marketing materials to regional markets in cooperation with regional marketing specialists and customerspecific needs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize marketing efforts
- Support MEGA Projects conferences/exhibitions if required
- Strong focus on stay cable bridges which are built globally ensuring our marketing materials effectively represent DYWIDAGs expertise in this specialized field
- Facilitate the globalization of our Leipzig competencies in the field of robotic and monitoring services ensuring our innovations are effectively communicated worldwide
You bring the following skills and experience to the table:
- 35 years of experience in a similar marketing role preferably in a technical or B2B environment
- Strong skills in technical content creation and good writing skills
- Experienced with publishing / editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) Illustrator Photoshop Acrobat Pro Premier) is a plus
- Ability to translate technical details into engaging and benefitdriven content
- Creativity and a handson approach to marketing (a generalist is needed who can be both handson and creative)
- Ability to work deadlines tight scope but with a creative input
- Ability to effectively present information
- Excellent customer focus and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to occasionally travel for events and meetings or visit construction sites
- Willingness to learn the use of new marketing tools
