You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPolestar Iberia is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to help strengthen the brands presence across Spain and Portugal. This role will focus primarily on owned media especially local adaptation and optimization of and CRM platforms while also supporting content creation and marketing operations.
You will work closely with local and global teams to deliver a premium consistent brand experience contributing to Polestars mission of sustainable electric mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Polestars digital platforms ( and CRM) for Iberia integrating global content using tools like Oryx Marketing Cloud and Dato.
Support creation translation and execution of content for digital channels (website newsletters social media) ensuring accuracy local relevance and alignment with global guidelines.
Plan and execute CRM campaigns for both markets including segmentation content coordination and calendar planning to drive engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with global digital teams and local stakeholders to maintain high-quality consistent experiences across all owned channels.
Adapt global marketing materials for local use ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market needs.
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Support the marketing budget process for Iberia including purchase order creation and invoice tracking in collaboration with the finance team.
Assist with the planning and execution of selected brand events or activations as needed ensuring alignment with Polestars brand and marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
12 years of marketing experience (internships and junior roles count) ideally in automotive consumer goods or lifestyle brands.
Fluent in Spanish Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning digital marketing tools.
Interest in sustainability design technology and the automotive industry.
