Job Description
Once For All is a high-growth cloud-based SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 250k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction transport retail hospitality education facility and property management manufacturing local and central government.
Role Summary:
This is an opportunity to join Once For All as a Digital Marketing Assistant based in our Basingstoke office. You will work as part of a growing team reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager with a key focus on supporting our website operations and social media campaigns.
**This is a office based role with the possibility of hybrid working in the future**
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Digital Marketing team in their day-to-day activities particularly web-based campaigns.
- Assist in the operational management of the company websites including content updates development/design SEO optimisation reporting and analytics.
- Brief and coordinate with our in-house designers to deliver engaging digital content.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of key digital and social media projects.
- Monitor analyse and report on web and social media campaign performance highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver planned and ad hoc digital campaigns.
- Create and manage webpages for events and partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Provide administrative support to the wider marketing team on various tasks and projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow in a marketing-focused role.
- Some prior experience or relevant training in digital marketing (e.g. internship marketing degree or related role).
- Comfortable using digital tools such as CMS platforms social media management tools and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communicator both written and verbal.
- A team player who is proactive adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
