Fortinet isrecruiting a BPS Delivery Engineer who will be working with the US team. This engineer will work closely with clients as first responders to address their concerns and link them to the technical team.
Customer Facing Skills:
- Articulate communication & attention to detail
- Highly organized good time management and followthrough
- Problem solving critical thinking results oriented
Technical Skills:
- Network Fundamentals: OSI model network protocols and topologies
- Familiarity with Firewalls VPN TLS
- Familiarity with authentication protocols including LDAP and SAML
- Familiarity with network security offerings: CASB SIEM ZTNA SASE
- General understanding of APTs MITRE Att&ck mitigating against cyber threat risk
- Hands on linux win64 command line sw deploy & debugging
Bonus Skills:
- Certifications: CISSP Fortinet FCP or CCNA AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Security
- Previous enterprise or endpoint security experience
- Languages: Spanish Bash PowerShell Python
Educational Requirement:
- A Bachelors of Science degree or 5 years of industry experience in network security infosec system integration or related field.
