Client Delivery Executive - Government
Location: Canberra Client Site

Key Responsibilities:
Owning the Relationship Be the go-to person for the client ensuring smooth service delivery proactive communication and strong executive engagement.
Driving Continuous Improvement Lead the charge on experimentation and process enhancements ensuring agility in service execution and strategic problem-solving.
Delivering Excellence Maintain rigorous adherence to SLAs financial targets and operational quality while finding innovative ways to optimize workflows.
Leading with Impact Guide a high-performing matrix-managed team fostering a culture of collaboration agility and success.
Expanding Possibilities Identify and explore new growth opportunities positioning Unisys as a future-ready partner for evolving needs.
Elevating Service Management Maturity Push boundaries in service management practices making smart strategic adjustments to meet changing demands.
Making Workflows Work Ensure structured communication processes are upheld creating efficiency and visibility for stakeholders.
Bringing Ownership to Ad Hoc Requests Implement a clear governed process for logging prioritizing and scheduling ad hoc requests ensuring seamless execution and transparency.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Australian Citizenship is must for this role.
Security Clearance: NV2 is required for this role.
Executive Presence: Ability to navigate and build relationships across government and business sectors with confidence.
Strong Communicator: Able to translate complexity into clarity in client engagements and commercial conversations.
Agile Thinker: 8 years in a service-oriented leadership role thriving in a customer-first mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
Industry Knowledge: Expertise in Service Desk Field Services Endpoint Management Service Management and Global Delivery models.
Financial Acumen: Strategic management of contract performance budgeting and operational risk.
Ownership Mentality: A self-starter energized by leading teams solving problems and driving real results.
Education: Bachelors degree in business or IT discipline or equivalent experience / skills.
Flexibility to Travel as needed.
