We are seeking a passionate and resultsdriven Talent Development Senior Associate to join our team. This position provides unparalleled opportunity to partner with client groups to support our business strategies through effective of talent initiatives. The primary focus areas include performance management promotions career development employee engagement and learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationshipbuilding skills thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven track record of supporting talent initiatives. This role will report into the Head of Talent Development.

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent development initiatives with business and group strategies.
  • Support the of talent processes including performance management promotion cycles career development and employee engagement.
  • Support the development and delivery of training sessions workshops and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of talent programs through data analysis and feedback recommending improvements as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and employee development.
  • Ensure that all of the talent development initiatives are designed to be inclusive.
  • Utilize data analytics to develop metrics and insights that inform talent development strategies and support datadriven business decisions.
  • Collaborate across all HR and Operations groups to ensure effectiveness and consistency of talent management practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with performance management career development and other talent management related processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Resultsoriented and passionate for talent management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to convert complex and ambiguous problems into impactful solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidencebased decisions.
  • High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated individual with the ability to work independently while exercising excellent judgment and demonstrating a high level of accountability.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors or masters degree in human resources business administration industrial psychology organizational development or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development human resources or related areas in a fastpaced corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of HR/Talent/OD principles practices and standard processes as typically acquired through related HR experiences.
  • Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Word; Workday experience a plus.
  • Experience in financial services consulting or strategy backgrounds are a plus.

Work Location

  • Currently this role is expected to be in the New York office 3 days per week.

Salary

  • Annual base salary between $110000 and $130000.
  • The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
