Full-time Permanent
Reports to: Managing Director
Base Salary Monthly Commissions

Responsibilities
- Source candidates on LinkedIn and
- Call candidates
- (e.g. Software Engineers Data Scientists DevOps)
- Conduct outreach and interviews to understand their career goals
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to offer
- Collaborate with Account Managers who handle the client side
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor
