Job Description
Learning & Development Consultant Sr
Location: Juno Beach Florida
Contract Duration: 6 months
Overview:
Step into a pivotal role where youll shape the future of organizational learning and professional development. As a Training & Development Analyst youll analyze training needs develop strategic curricula and implement impactful learning solutions that drive business success and employee growth across a leading energy organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze management training and development needs to create strategic learning plans
- Design develop and coordinate comprehensive training programs and interventions
- Identify select and certify qualified instructors for various training initiatives
- Consult with organizational leaders to assess current and future learning needs
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and cost-efficiency
- Manage cross-functional projects involving external vendors and consultants
- Develop annual corporate training plans budgets and schedules
- Research and implement cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience designing and administering education and training programs
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and make prudent decisions
- Project management experience with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in learning management systems and computer-based training platforms
