The Opportunity:
Were looking for an inspirational Strategy Director to join our Atlanta office. This is a key hire to help us drive and elevate strategic thinking for the Participation Era ensuring measurable and impactful results across a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Impact: Develop and implement strategies that deliver observable and measurable impact for clients.
- Commercial Focus: Ensure that strategic initiatives contribute to tangible commercial success both internally and externally.
- Holistic Strategy Leadership: Oversee and integrate multidisciplinary strategic outputs ensuring alignment with client and agency priorities.
- Specifically: Healthcare Expertise: Leverage experience in healthcare brands to meet clientspecific needs and challenges.
Team Leadership:
- Collaborative Partner: Work closely with the Managing Partner and Creative Director/ECD to inspire and drive growth across all client accounts.
- Quality Assurance: Continuously assess and enhance the quality of strategic thinking within the team.
- Provocative Innovator: Challenge and elevate the standards of strategic ambition and creativity.
- Talent Development: Mentor and guide Strategy Directors supporting their professional growth and that of their teams.
- Trusted Advisor: Provide senior clients with strategic guidance that influences final outcomes serving as a key partner in meeting their KPIs and stakeholder expectations.
- Client Advocate: Challenge and support senior clients in achieving their commercial and stakeholder objectives.
- Strategic Champion: Advocate for progressive thinking and innovation among senior clients establishing yourself as a leading voice in strategic innovation.
