Leading a team of Emerging Enterprise & Digital Native Account Executives you will be measured by achieving your teams overall quota and growing Databricks consumption. You will be expected to both expand existing business and land new strategic logos whilst delivering accurate sales forecasting and reporting. As a senior leader in the Paris you will be responsible for defining the sales strategy and sponsoring crossfunctional initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon a highly successful team achieving significant year on year growth in a high growth business which is a hugely impactful part of the EMEA sales organisation. We are looking for owners who will go the extra mile and want to be the very best at what they do.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director Emerging Enterprise.

The impact you will have:

  • Lead a team of account executives ensuring you coach them to develop the skills and behaviours they will need to succeed
  • Establish company territory plans team structure individual quotas and patches for your team including investment capacity requirements
  • Report on revenue forecast and strategic GTM programs
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to manage a complete revenue and customer success process
  • Inspire a culture of teamwork leading with value and achieving desired customers outcomes
  • Develop trustbased relationships with customers and partners to ensure longterm success
  • Encourage learning and ongoing understanding of technical product details and our future product roadmap
  • Establish a revenue growth and investment plan in the first 90 days
  • Deliver our strategic growth plans in collaboration with the other function leaders across EMEA ensure forecast accuracy and a predictable highgrowth business

What we look for:

  • Experience as a highgrowth enterprise software sales leader with experience leading sales teams serving Digital Native and MidMarket / Commercial customers in France within the Data AI Cloud or SaaS Sales Industry
  • Passionate about hiring coaching and developing talent with a proven track record of this
  • History of exceeding sales quotas in similar highgrowth technology companies
  • Focus and emphasis on methodologybased sales coaching MEDDPIC and valuebased sales with both the business and IT stakeholders including C suite
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystem to help grow enhance approaches to territories
  • Success implementing strategies for consumption and commitmentbased sales revenue models
  • Business travel is required outside Netherlands.
  • Fluent French and business English language required.
