BAT SCHWEIZ SUCHT EINE/N AUSSENDIENDSTMITARBEITER/IN (m/w/d) FR DIE REGION ZENTRALSCHWEIZ (LUZERN / OBNIDWALDEN / URI / SCHWYZ / ZUG)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Betreuung des Vertragskundenstamms sowie proaktive Akquise von strategischen Neukunden im unabhngigen Handel
- Verhandeln und Abschliessen von VertriebsVertrgen sowie eigenstndige Verwaltung der Vertrge
- Umsetzung und berwachung der MarketingAktivitten (Merchandising)
- Sicherstellung der Distribution unserer Produkte an den Verkaufsstellen
- Verantwortung fr die Erreichung der Verkaufsziele in der zugeteilten Region mit Fokus auf den innovativen Nikotinkategorien
- Effiziente Tourenplanung unter Bercksichtigung der Verkaufsziele
- Datenpflege im CRMSystem
- Analysieren und Bereitstellen von Informationen von Markttrends und Marketingaktivitten
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung von Verkaufs und Verhandlungsstrategien
Dein Profil
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkauf (im Bereich Konsumgter / Aussendienst wre von Vorteil)
- Selbststndige Arbeitsweise effizientes Zeitmanagement und analytische Fhigkeiten
- Stark unternehmerisches und kommerzielles Denken sowie ausgeprgtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Hohes Mass an Teamfhigkeit Organisation Kommunikationsfhigkeit Eigenmotivation und Eigenverantwortung
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
- Franzsisch und/oder Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
- Gltiger Fhrerschein Klasse B
- Wohnhaft im Einsatzgebiet oder Bereitschaft umzuziehen
