Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Our wellestablished client in Burntwood is seeking an Administrator to join their team on aTemporary to Permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Collating and processing job sheets
Raising and issuing invoices to clients
Managing invoice paperwork and documentation
Matching information to customer portals
Processing and inputting data accurately
Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong and accurate data entry skills
Great IT knowledge MS Office / In house portals
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in administration and/or accounts
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
