Job Description
Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Linux Administrator Long Term Contract New York City NY for one of our clients.
Title: Linux Admin
Location: NYC NY (All 5 days on-site)
Long Term Contract
Required skills:
Expert knowledge of Autosys Linux and Shell scripts.
Detailed Job description:
- Sr Developer with special emphasis and experience of 8 to 12 years on Working knowledge of Linux distributions installing packages managing services patching and handling cron jobs.
- Strong experience writing and troubleshooting Bash/Shell scripts to automate batch processes.
- Define and manage jobs boxes dependencies calendars in AutoSys using JIL and Workload Control Center (WCC).
- Install configure upgrade AutoSys manage agents handle patches monitor job health and resolve scheduling issues.
- Maintain clear documentation manage change requests and defect tickets (e.g. via ServiceNow) under structured ITIL or change processes.
